Reserves to the Rescue

This session focuses on the critical role of reserves and reserve studies in maintaining the financial health and structural integrity of community associations. With increasing attention on Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS) in Florida condominiums, we’ll explore how proper planning and compliance can protect communities and board members alike. This course, Safety and SIRS – Reserves to the Rescue, is approved for continuing education credits for both board members and community association managers.
